Gobi Manchurian

Gobi Manchurian is a popular street fast food and a perfect side dish for evening snack and side dish for dinner or lunch. I tried a very simple and easy version. It's so easy that you can make it very quickly and serve when you have a surprise guest at home, and you don't have time to cook a lavish spread or time for prior preparation.

Malai kofta

Malai kofta is a popular dish among vegetarians. Kofta is basically fried dumpling balls made from mashed potatoes, paneer or vegetables or some combination of these. Here I am presenting the kofta made from mashed potatoes, paneer and khoya. The gravy is made either white in color with lots of cream and cashew base or like a spicy curry with spices and tomato puree.

Chicken Mastani

There are many dishes prepared with chicken as the main ingredient, and you must have came across many varieties of chicken curries such as butter chicken, chicken tikka masala etc. but this time I prepared chicken curry as a combination of two gravy and named it chicken mastani.

I prepared this recipe of chicken mastani using two types of gravy – first gravy I made using tomatoes to give that punch and tanginess to chicken and other one I made using almonds and cashews so that it has that richness and creaminess. All I can say is that family members were blown away with the two contrasting gravies and the flavors were just out of this world. This recipe is little time consuming and indulgent but it never hurts to spend that little extra time in kitchen once in a while. If you are looking for something different to make next time you have guests coming over, then definitely try this recipe it will surely be a hit with all the age groups.

All of us know about the famous Mumbai street food -  Pav -Bhaji, This is usually a vegetarian dish in which vegetables (bhaji) are mashed and cooked to make the bhaji. SO i though of making a non-vegetarian option of the same with minced-chicken - so its now a Chicken keema pav, You may even find chicken-keema-pav also as a specialty or signature dish of some restaurants.

Its is quite spicy in taste and you can serve with normal bread or Butter Pav also.
