Red Cherry Salsa

The regular Red Cherry fruit that you see in the market has always been thought of as a fruit or toppings in desserts, cakes, ice creams etc. I tried to make something different out of it.

We can make so many recipes from fruits like mango, strawberry, orange, pineapple etc. We can try  many recipe from red cherry like Cherry drink, flavored yogurt, and cherry lassi. This time I tried an unusual item from cherry - the salsa. We can serve with butter bread/ Butter Bun . You can also try this salsa with grilled chicken for dinner. One serving that i tried is posted on my separate recipe ..
