Grilled Bruschetta

Bruschetta is an Italian starter, usually served cold or at room temperature. It is an antipasto from Italy consisting of grilled bread rubbed with garlic and topped with olive oil and salt. Its a very quick and simple recipe. Here I have added a bit of twist to this by grilling it and topping it up with some fresh chopped vegetables and oregano seasoning.

Ingredients
  • 4 Pieces Garlic Bread
  • 1 small bowl chopped vegetables ( Capsicum, tomato, onion and corn seeds
  • 2 olive chopped
  • 2 table spoon butter
  • 1 tea spoon oregano seasoning
  • 1 tea spoon salt and pepper

Method
  1. Pre heat - oven at 200 degree F
  2. Brush butter on the garlic bread
  3. Put all the chopped vegetables, salt, pepper, olive and cheese on the bread.
  4. Keep in the pre-heated oven for 10 min.
  5. Take out the grilled breads, garnish with oregano seasoning, dash of olive oil and serve with salsa dip/ sauce.
