Paneer Bhurji Masala



Our dish for today is Paneer Bhurji Masala. Paneer Bhurji is a quick and versatile dish that is just so delicious! Paneer Bhurji is quick to make and is ideal to make when you are not in a mood to make too much effort. Paneer Bhurji can be served as a main course or can be part of side dish. It tastes amazing with toast but can also be served with hot roti or nan!

Ingredients:

200 gm paneer
refine oil 1/2 bowl
100 gm cashew
2 tablespoon dry cucumber seeds
2 tablespoon butter
1/2 cup milk
1 tablespoon salt
1 teaspoon turmeric powder
4 tablespoon onion paste
1 teaspoon red chili powder
1 teaspoon cumin powder
1 teaspoon garam masala powder
1 tablespoon ginger - garlic paste
2 green cardamom
2 clove
1/2 teaspoon sugar

Directions:

1.       Take a mixer grinder and put 100 gms paneer, cashew, dry cucumber seeds and cream and grind them properly (make it thick paste)
2.       Heat oil in the pan and add cumin seeds, green cardamom & cloves and after few seconds add onion paste and roast till very light brown in color and then add tomato paste and mix properly
3.       Again roast till it becomes light brown in color and then add- ginger & garlic paste, salt, cumin powder, garam masala, turmeric powder, red chili powder and roast properly for 15 minutes
4.        Once it roasted properly add paneer paste in the roasted masala and mix it properly and again roast for 8-10 minutes
5.       Then add milk and add remaining paneer in the paneer masala
6.       Once it is cooked properly add butter and ½ table spoon sugar. Cover with lid and  keep for 5-7 minutes on low flame
7.       Now your Paneer Bhurji Masala is ready to serve
8.       Serve your Panner Bhurji Masala hot butter Roti or butter Nan!
