Salsa Paneer Fry



It’s again snack time…today I am sharing recipe of Salsa Paneer Fry, super quick to make and delicious to eat. So if you are looking for easy and tasty snack which you can prepare beforehand then do try Salsa Paneer Fry. This is a perfect snack for teatime!

Ingredients:

200 gm Paneer cut in small pieces
4 tablespoon salsa sauce
1/2 small bowl chopped onion
1/2 small bowl chopped capsicum
2 tablespoon tomato puree
2 tablespoon soya sauce
1 tablespoon tomato sauce
2 tablespoon green chili souce
1 tablespoon salt
2 green chili chopped
1 tablespoon ginger & garlic chopped
2 tablespoon cornflour powder 
1/2 small bowl vegetable oil.

Directions:
1.  Take a bowl and put paneer pieces in it and add all the ingredients mentioned above except for salsa sauce & oil
2.  Mix it properly and keep it aside for 20-25 minutes to marinate
3.  Heat oil in the non sticky pan and add your marinated paneer in it and roast for 10-15 minutes on low flame.
4.  Once paneer color turns light brown add salsa sauce and mix it properly
5.  Keep it on low flame for another 5 minutes
6.  Now your Salas Paneer Fry is ready to serve
